Step 1: Add the total number of jerseys needed to the cart (minimum of 5 required for new orders, no minimum for reorders) and then complete payment. If you are unsure on the quantities needed or just want to get started on the design process, please place a refundable order for Sublimated Design Deposit.
Step 2: Our expert in-house designer will email you within 1 business day to begin the designing process. They will send you a roster form to fill out in which you can specify which names, numbers, and jersey details you would like to have. The designing timeline usually takes 1-3 days to complete depending on the scope of the design needed.
Step 3: Once everything is approved and finalized, we will start production. Production time will take 3-5 days. Once the order ships, you will receive a tracking number to follow the shipment progress. These are all made in-house.

Returns

Due to the multiple parties involved, including the factory and the warehouse, we cannot effectively manage inventory. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any point. Be aware that your order will become unfulfilled once you've placed your order.

Our policy is for 30 days. If you have passed 30 days by since your purchase however, we're unable to give you a return or exchange.

In order to be eligible for a return the item must be in good condition and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.
